High Pressure Cooking Pot

High pressure cooking pot is mainly used for milk, sugar, beverage, medicine and other elements and all kinds of drugs to cook and store. It has been the indispensable equipment in making rice pudding, dairy products, beverage and pharmaceutical.


Cooking pot classification

1. According to structure form, it can be divided into tilting cooking pot, and  vertical (fixed) cooking pot.


2. According to heating mode, it can be divided into electric heating cooking pot, steam heating cooking pot and gas heating cooking pot


3. According to the process need, it can adopt stirring equipment and equipment without stirring.


Cooking pot structure

Cooking pot is mainly composed of pot body and the stents. Pot body is double-layer structure, intermediate ventilated with steam to heat. Up and down are all ellipsoidal sealed head, the upper sealed head and cylinder is connected by flange, it can spiny open the cover, within cooking basket.

Pot body material:

a) Stainless steel inner pot(SUS304/SUS316L), carbon steel outer pot (Q235-B) treated with anti-rust paint;

b) The whole machine is made of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L).

The Cooking equipment is widely used in candy, pharmaceutical, dairy products, alcohol, pastry, candied fruit, beverage, canned foods, and other food processing, it also can be used for large restaurant or dining room to boil soup, cook, stew, congee and so on. It is the ideal equipment in food processing to improve quality, shorten the time and improve working conditions.

Candy: (boil sugar and hard candy production under normal pressure), sugar and starch syrup ingredients, melt, and cook, to reconcile section (with mixing and scraping the edge). Have the advantages of large heated area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short liquid material boiling time and easy to control the heating temperature.

Pastry: Fried process (precise heating temperature).

Sugar dissolving system: the gouache combined grinding, interlayer pot, thermodynamic filter, super high temperature sterilizer compose sugar dissolving system.

Drinks: it can be used to tea and other material to cook, heat and mix.

Candied fruit: it can be used to boil the candied fruit in advance (to take off the bitter), sugar boil process.

Canned food: it is used for material to boil and mix.

Sauce products: used for mixing and sterilizing process in broad bean paste, the sweet, peanut butter, chili sauce, cow paste, etc.
