Steam heating reaction vessel (tank) usage


The reaction equipment is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, pharmaceutical and other food industries. Steam heating reaction vessel (tank) heating principle

Reaction vessel is usually called reaction pot or pan, and the heating principle is to pass into the reaction vessel jacketed boiler steam, then the steam heat is introduced into the wall of a vessel and make the material in the endothermic reaction, reaction vessel, steam for heating steam as heat source heat transfer. There are three kinds of steam heat exchange way: clip hot swap, coil heat exchanger, half coil heat exchanger.
