Analysis the Best Solution of Using and Maintaining the Reaction Vessel

The reaction vessel is belongs to stainless steel vessel, the reaction equipment is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food and other industries to complete vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation process. The premise is that reaction materials fully mixed, physical change process like heating, cooling, liquid extracting and gas absorbing are all need stirring device to get good effect.

1. The best schemes to use the reaction vessel
1) When installing the reaction tank’s cover, it should prevent the mutually bump of sealing surface between the vessel and its cover. Fixing the vessel cover carefully on the body, gradually tighten the main nut many times in the diagonal and symmetry. To achieve good sealing effect, the strength should be uniform, and do not allow the vessel cover inclining to one side.
2) In the nut connection, only rotate the nut; the two circular arc sealing surfaces can’t be relatively rotated. All the nut connector should be coated with lubricating oil in the assembly.
3) Needle valve sealing need only gently rotating the needle valve, pressing the sealing cover, can achieve good sealing effect.
4) Rotate the rotary body of the vessel; check whether the operation is flexible.
5) The controller should be put on the operating table flat, its operating environmental temperature is 10-40 ℃, relative humidity is less than 85%, conductive dust and corrosive gas does not exist in the surrounding medium.
6) Check whether the movable member and fixed contact on the panel and the rear panel is normal or not, open upper cover, check whether the contact is loose or not, whether there is damage or corrosion due to transportation and safekeeping.
7) Stainless steel reaction vessel controller should be reliable grounding.
8) Connect all wires, including power line, electric line between the controller and the vessel, electric motor wire and the temperature sensor and speed sensor wire.
9) Close the "power" air switch on the panel, digital display table should display.
10) Set the various parameters in the digital display meter  (such as the upper limit temperature alarm, operating temperature etc.), and then, press the "heating" switch, connect electric , at the same time "heating" switch is on. Adjust the "surge" knob, can adjust the electric heating power.
11) Press the "mixing" switch, the stirring motor energized, at the same time "mixing" light switch is on. Slowly rotate the "speed" knob, make the motor rotating slowly, observe whether the motor is forward, if it is correct, stop the machine, hang up belt, and restart.
12) After operation, natural cooling, water cooling, or cooling on the support can be chose. When the temperature drops, release pressure gas in the vessel, make the pressure decrease to atmospheric pressure (pressure gauge shows zero), then loosen the main nut symmetrically and equally, then remove the main nut, then carefully remove the kettle cover and put it on the support.
13) The bolt cannot be disassembled and replaced when the high-pressure reaction vessel is in pressure situation, pressure should be discharged before overhaul.
14) High pressure reactor cannot work under excessive temperature and pressure, should operate strictly in accordance with the provisions. The reaction solution must not contain strong acid.
15). Supervisor should be sant in the process of test, once the leakage occurs, stop the test immediately.
16) If the high-pressure reaction vessel is not used for a long time, it must be cleaned inside, then dry, also protect with the nitrogen, to prevent the internal corrosion.

2. The best schemes to maintain the reactor
1) Firstly, the sealing surface should be paid special attention to protect, should avoid collision damage.
2) When installing the high-pressure reaction vessel cover, the reactor body should be placed first, and then the kettle cover carefully installed on kettle body.
3) The main nut should be tightening repeatedly and gradually in the diagonal and symmetry. To avoid damaging the sealing effect, the strength should be uniform, and the vessel cover should not incline to one side.
4) Threaded connector should be coated with oil or graphite when assembling. The sealing surface should be replaced if it is seriously damaged.
5) Carry out heating and sealing test before using steam heating reaction vessel, the test gas is best to be an inert gas, and firmly not to be oxygen or other inflammable and explosive gas.
6) Slowly heat up or boost the high-pressure reaction vessel. The heating speed cannot exceed 80 degrees / hour, boost should be graded, 20% of the working pressure as a level, stay for 5 minutes after reaching a new level, and when boosting to the test pressure, stay 30 minutes and check the sealing condition.
7) No quick cooling and heating when the Huihe reaction vessel is reacting, otherwise it may crack due to the temperature stress. After the reaction, cool down the machine, then release the gas, so that the pressure drops, and then remove the bolts, these orders cannot be reversed.
8. ) after the stainless steel reactor operation, deal with the body and cover for cleaning to remove residues. All of the sealing surface should be regular cleaned, and dried after cleaning.
9) Measuring instruments should be regularly checked, in order to maintain the accuracy of them.
10) Anti-corrosion of high-pressure reactor should be kept intact, repair if damaged, replace if it cannot be repaired.
